OMG! OMG! I love when I find an easy recipe that is fool-proof! I make this every year and it’s a hit!
16 oz. fresh cranberries
½ cup sugar
½ cup orange juice
4 tablespoons orange marmalade
pomegranate seeds (optional)
- Add cranberries, orange juice, sugar and pomegranate seeds to a pot on low heat.
- Let simmer until cranberries are soft and sauce has lost most of its liquid.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add orange marmalade and stir.
- Pour into desired jar.
- Refrigerate and serve when cooled.
